The context

IPS Diffusion distributes several hundred press titles, French and international, to newsstands, bookshops, concept stores and museums. Tracking quantities, sales and restocking outlet by outlet called for a tool built for this trade.

What we did

  1. Analysis of the flows: receipt of titles, allocation, returns and restocking.
  2. An internal web interface available at the office and on the move.
  3. Title records, stock per outlet and movement history.
  4. Sales tracking to adjust quantities and prepare restocking.
  5. Access rights based on each user’s role.
