Visibility and acquisitionYour website gets visitors, but not enough clients?

A website can be fast, pleasant and properly indexed without producing the sales enquiries you expect. The issue is not always the volume of traffic: sometimes it is the quality of the visitors, the clarity of the offer or the path from the first visit to getting in touch. Kopus analyses that whole journey before recommending any action.

A prospect’s journeyFour stages, four places where a prospect can get lost

A website only produces an enquiry when every stage does its part: being found by the right people, convincing them, making the request easy, then handling what comes in. The diagnosis looks for the stage where the path narrows the most, because that is where a fix pays off most. Contacts who have not decided yet are then handled by organised follow-up, not left to chance.

Visitors → Useful enquiries

  1. 01Being found

    Leak

Visitors who do not match the offer

    What must be true

    • Your customers’ searches lead to the site
    • The page opened answers the search intent
    • The visitor looks like your customers

    Fix

Target the searches of your priority customers rather than volume.

  2. 02Convincing

    Leak

A page that does not answer the search that brought it

    What must be true

    • The offer is understood in a few seconds
    • The page talks about the customer’s problem, not only about you
    • The proof is visible: examples, references, method

    Fix

One page per specific need, with the expected answer first.

  3. 03Making the request easy

    Leak

A form that is too long on mobile

    What must be true

    • One obvious action on every page
    • A short form, usable with a thumb
    • What happens next is stated

    Fix

Ask only for the essentials, then qualify by phone.

  4. 04Following up prospects

    Leak

    Contacts nobody follows up

    What must be true

    • Every enquiry has a named recipient
    • What becomes of each contact is known
    • The source of the good enquiries is identified

    Fix

Connect the site to the sales process and measure what becomes of the enquiries.

Illustrative example: the stages are the same for most websites; the leaks and the fixes depend on your diagnosis.

What we seeWhy doesn’t your website convert more?

A lack of results can come from several causes that add up. Your pages may talk mostly about your company and not enough about your customers’ problems. People arriving from Google do not always find the answer they were promised. On mobile, a form that is too long or an offer that is hard to grasp can be enough to make a prospect leave.

Sometimes the website does generate contacts, but nobody knows which ones become meetings or sales. Without that information, decisions are made on the number of visitors rather than on their contribution to the business.

Our approachWe look at the whole journey, not just search rankings

We start by understanding your offer, your priority customers and what counts as a good enquiry for your sales team. We then study the traffic sources, the most visited pages, the messages, the journeys and the points of friction. This reading separates what is about visibility, persuasion, user experience or lead follow-up.

The answer may be to rework a value proposition, create pages for specific needs, simplify getting in touch, improve search rankings or connect the website better to your sales process. A complete redesign is not automatically necessary.

How we workConcrete improvements, in the right order

After the diagnosis, we build a roadmap that separates quick adjustments from deeper work. Each action answers a hypothesis: make a service easier to understand, remove an unnecessary step, attract a better-qualified audience or make results measurable.

Kopus can work on the acquisition strategy, the content, the UX, SEO, the pages and the development needed. One thread connects the marketing choices to their technical implementation.

What you gainWhat you gain in visibility

You identify the pages that genuinely help convince, the channels that bring the right people and the obstacles to getting in touch. Instead of piling up isolated marketing actions, you have a plan that connects visibility to qualified enquiries.

The indicators are defined with you: number of useful enquiries, conversion rate of priority pages, meetings booked, cost per qualified lead and what becomes of contacts in your sales cycle. They are set after the diagnosis, from your real situation.

Your questionsFrequently asked questions

Ask a question

Do I need to rebuild my whole website?

Not necessarily. If the structure, the technology and the identity still fit, targeted fixes can be more effective. A redesign is only recommended when a fundamental problem justifies it.

Is the problem the traffic or the website itself?

Both are possible, and often linked. Poorly targeted traffic has nothing to convert; a confusing website drives good visitors away. The diagnosis separates these two causes before acting on either.

My website gets few visits: should I work on traffic first?

Not necessarily. With few visits, each visitor counts more: clarifying the offer and the way to get in touch can produce more enquiries than a surge of traffic to pages that do not convince. The order of the work depends on what the diagnosis reveals.

What should I provide for a first diagnosis?

Access to the website statistics, a description of your priority customers and an idea of the number of enquiries received and what becomes of them commercially. Even partial, this information allows a useful first reading.
